The workshops we offer allow you to make your teams aware of the importance of well-being for performance. They provide opportunities to learn practical tips and advice for developing habits that promote well-being at work and beyond. Our workshops also create a space for peer-to-peer learning and discussion.

When it comes to improving our lifestyle and work habits, everyone is at a different stage of readiness. Sometimes we don't even know that we could be feeling better or that some of our habits are responsible for our lack of vitality, balance and resilience.

For me, employee wellness is directly related to the wellness potential of a company. I thought it would be a good idea to call on Chantal's services to facilitate a workshop on the theme of well-being with all team members. Having worked in organization and coaching teams in various organizational processes, Chantal understands the internal and external pressures that companies face and the constant challenge of finding real and continuous sources of well-being.

Her workshop allowed us to discover the importance of being aware of the state of our different energy batteries (the source of our well-being) and concrete and accessible tips to manage our energy and recharge when needed.
