WELLNESS COACHING

Wellness coaching is coaching for wellness and performance. Hire your dedicated “in-house” Wellness Coach who can be booked for individual and small-group coaching and remain available to follow-up and questions between sessions. You choose the number of hours and criteria for leaders and employees to access this service.

DIALOGUE CIRCLES

We all need to feel heard, seen, and accepted. We need safe spaces to face the challenges that make us uncomfortable and generate difficult emotions and to explore solutions.

Hire us to facilitate dialogues for your employees and leaders to share their challenges and success and create momentum for change and towards a culture of well-being. Dialogues can be hosted for different group sizes, small or large. Ideally, dialogues circles are held once a month over of few months to allow for the participants to learn the skills of empathic listening and generative dialogue and grow in their understanding of themselves and the environment they evolve in.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

All change creates some level of discomfort and stress. Uncertainty and the perceived lack of control and capacity to handle change can be very stressful. The more tired, stressed, and disconnected we already feel, the more resistant we will be and less capable to adapt.

To ensure the success of a change initiative, leaders should aim to reduce the impact of stress on their employees and empower and support them in increasing their capacity to embrace, participate and adapt to the change (i.e. support them in building their resilience).

With expertise in change management and wellness coaching combined, we can help you remove change barriers and implement tactics to increase readiness and ability to change those involved.
